Kaycee helped plan and coordinate my wedding which was last weekend. She did an AMAZING job. She helped me make a timeline, made sure I asked my vendors all the right questions, made sure I was organized, helped coordinate the ceremony procession and recession, and the biggest one of all; made sure I had fun on my wedding day.
We were not sure on Friday (the day before the wedding) how the weather was going to be because the ceremony was supposed to be outside and the weather was not looking so good. So on the morning of the wedding day, I looked at the weather and it said it was not supposed to rain! So I contacted Kaycee right away and said we are going to have the ceremony outside like originally planned. She took charge and made sure the ceremony spot was set up and everyone who was walking down the aisle knew where they were supposed to sit since we couldn’t practice Friday night due to rain. I did not have to worry one bit! It turned out beautifully and went so smoothly all thanks to Kaycee.

Kaycee was such an amazing planner to work with. Our original planner had moved to a new position and Kaycee stepped in, then when she was ready to move to a new position she stayed on just to help us so we didn't have to swap again. Her communication was excellent, she was honest and realistic, always professional yet friendly, she was always prepared, had great questions that even I didn't think of, and she was always so kind!
There were so many things happening at our wedding that we didn't even know about because Kaycee was on top of EVERYTHING! I swear, there were so many times that I looked around for her, to ask her to do something or start something and she was already 2 steps ahead of me. She was our impromptu DJ/MC when my husband's brother stepped back from the role the night before our wedding too. When my husband and I renew our vows I would be honored to work with her again.
